Dr. Mohammed A. Almarshoud is an assistant professor at the University of Jeddah. In 2019, he earned his PhD from the University of Florida in civil engineering, specializing in cement chemistry, concrete technology, and sustainability. He received his Ms. in 2015 from the University of Florida, specializing in construction materials and management. He earned his Bs in civil engineering in 2007 from King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals.
His research focuses on sustainable solutions and replacements for Portland cement with a lower environmental impact without negatively affecting the structure integrity, including strength and durability.
