Registration for the workshop is not yet open; however, we anticipate it will be available on November 20, 2024. Please check back for updates on when registration Form goes live.

To confirm your participation, please complete the registration form once it is available. Accepted registrants will receive a confirmation email.

See below for the important details:

• Registration Deadline: Space for the workshop is limited, so early registration is encouraged to secure your spot.
• Remote Participation: Virtual attendance will not be available for this event.
• Out-of-Kingdom Applicants: Due to Saudi visa requirements and space limitations, attendees from outside the Kingdom will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances and by invitation.

Gate Permit Information

Please be aware that a gate pass is required to enter the KAUST campus. To obtain your KAUST gate pass:

1. Click on the Registration Form.
2. Fill in and submit the form.

Upon approval, your gate pass (event QR code) will be emailed to you. Please ensure you have this QR code ready for presentation at the KAUST entrance upon arrival.
