Gate Permit Information

Please be aware that a gate pass is required to enter the KAUST campus. To obtain your KAUST gate pass:

• Remote Participation: Virtual attendance will not be available for this event.
• Out-of-Kingdom Applicants: Due to Saudi visa requirements and limited space, we regret that we are generally unable to accept attendees from outside the Kingdom.
