Biography
Mohammad Zaher Serdar is a researcher specializing in infrastructure resilience and sustainability. He earned his PhD in Sustainability Studies from Hamad Bin Khalifa University (2019-2022), focusing on climate resilience in urban systems. He also holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (2016-2018) and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Jami't Al-Ba'ath (2015). His research examines the vulnerability of transportation networks and buildings to climate-induced disasters such as floods and earthquakes. Mohammad is dedicated to developing strategies for enhancing the resilience of urban infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on cities like Doha.
