Biography

Abdulla Saleh Al-Shaiba is a researcher specializing in organizational efficiency and sustainable energy. He holds a PhD in Sustainable Energy from the College of Science and Engineering at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, an MA (Honors-First Class) in Public Policy in Islam from CIS, HBKU, and a BS (Honors) in Technology Management from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom. His research focuses on improving efficiency in Qatari organizations and the role of human resources in facilitating organizational transformations for enhanced sustainability and performance.

Abdulla Saleh Al-Shaiba's research focuses on organizational efficiency, particularly within Qatari organizations. He investigates the causes of inefficiencies and explores methods to enhance operational performance.
